Faith & Blue 2024

The Livonia Police Department is once again hosting its Faith & Blue event, co-sponsored by Trinity Health of Livonia! The event will be held on Saturday, October 12 from 11am to 2pm at Nehasil Civic Center Park (33000 Civic Center Dr., Livonia)

What is Faith & Blue?

It is a collaboration of the Livonia Police Department and the US Justice Department to connect with Livonia’s faith communities. Law enforcement and faith communities reflect and share some of the same core values. For example, trust, honesty, respect, and understanding are values that are foundational for good citizenship/character, and strong, healthy, peaceful communities. At Christ Our Savior, we go one step further in our belief that these values spring from a heart full of faith in and love for Jesus Christ.

What to Expect at the October 12 Event

Three caring Livonia communities--faith, health and law, bring the community together for a family-oriented event featuring fun kids’ activities, free cider & donuts, food, police vehicles & K-9’s, with hand-outs of all kinds!

COS will be hosting a display and INVITES YOU to come and meet your community in this friendly setting--join us at our display!

There are several ways to donate if you'd like to be involved: we need bottled water or individual sized bags of chips. Also, you can help fund our give-aways of a Bible Promise Book and Scripture bracelets. Make out checks to Christ Our Savior, with Faith & Blue in the memo line.

We hope to see you there!
