Christ Our Savior is committed to reaching out to those who are hurting and needing support through the difficulties of life. We want to walk alongside of you and point you to the promises of Jesus.

Care Programs

Christ Our Savior has several trained Stephen Ministers who are ready to provide care, support, encouragement to you or your loved one. They are a care givers and not cure givers. They will help you think through options and point you back to the promises of Jesus. If you are in need of a Stephen Minister or know someone who could benefit from a Stephen Minister please contact the church office
This group is open to young stroke and brain injury survivors approximately 20-65 years of age who need emotional support from stroke survival. The group deals with the particular concerns of young stroke and brain injury survivors, such as employment, child care, and interpersonal relationships. The group is open to everyone in the community.
Grief Share is a group to support you after the loss of a loved one. Death is ugly and hard. It is disorienting and can cause a person to wonder where Jesus is in the midst of the hurt. Grief share will help point you back to the promises of Jesus and give you tools to help you in your healing process. There is currently no group meeting at Christ Our Savior, but you can search for a group near you on the Grief Share website.

Homebound Ministry

This ministry delivers gift bags, religious devotions and gifts, sweet treats and/or flowers, friendly and encouraging phone calls and cards, and a friendly smile to the members of our congregation who are homebound. Contact our office if you or someone you know wishes to be included on our list of homebound members.

Food Pantry

Our food bank is open every Friday from 10 a.m. to noon. Anyone who needs help getting food for themselves or their families is welcome to come! No registration is required to receive a large paper bag full of non-perishable food items. Signs outside our building will direct you to the correct entrance of the church.
We accept donations of non-perishable items. Contact Linda Hollman to learn what our current needs are and how you can drop off the items.
