Praising and Worshiping God

Isaiah 49 is a servant song. The servant referred to in these verses of Isaiah is Jesus. This song tells us that the servant will bring glory to God and that the servant will be the light of the world that will bring salvation to the ends of the earth. Jesus is this light and we have been given that light in our baptism. Jesus has chosen to use us to share Himself, the light, to the rest of the world. We can join in praising and worshiping God as we share Jesus with others.
